Prices shown are starting points. Above 50 transactions a month we quote in bands, and we will always tell you which band you are in and why. Pay for a year up front and take 10% off.

The Sorted Plus quarterly call covers your numbers, not your strategy. If a call raises bigger questions about direction or decisions, that is a separate, optional conversation with Think Forward.

Add-ons

Bolt on what you need

Move to Xero

From QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Sage or a spreadsheet. Historic data brought across, feeds connected, chart of accounts tidied.

How migration works

Credit control

Polite, persistent chasing of overdue invoices, so you are not the one having that conversation with a customer.

CIS returns

Monthly Construction Industry Scheme returns prepared, verified and filed for contractors.

What we do not do

Being clear about the line

We are bookkeepers, not accountants. We do not prepare statutory year-end accounts, file corporation tax returns, or give regulated tax advice. If you need those, you need an accountant — and we will happily work alongside yours, or point you towards someone good.

What we do is make sure that when your accountant opens your file, the work is already done. That usually saves you money at year end.

Next step

Twenty minutes, no pitch

Tell us where your books are right now — current, behind, or somewhere you would rather not say out loud. We will tell you what it would take to sort them and what it would cost.
