What we collect
Through this website: the name, company, email address, phone number and message you submit through the enquiry form. Nothing else. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites, so this site sets no tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide bookkeeping services and meet our obligations under Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are retained for the period required by Anti-Money Laundering and tax legislation.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
